Yet another meme featuring the character Fry from the animated cartoon series
Futurama. The "shut up and take my money" is a catchphrase used to illustrate the enthusiastic approval towards either a product or idea, usually used towards products.
The show aired an episode called "Attack of the killer app" where Fry attempts to buy an "eyephone" (parody of Apple's Iphone). The cashier warns Fry about issues with reception and battery life, where he proceeds to yell "shut up and take my money!"
